Question by smokymtnheaven: Why is Citibank Mortgage not reporting my payment history to the credit bureaus?
I called them and they claim they are reporting it, but when I tried to get a loan recently for something else, the loan officer said Citimortgage wasn’t showing up on my credit report. Why would it not be on there.
They verified and have my correct social security number.

Did you ask which credit bureau Citibank is reporting to? Which the lender used? Not every creditor uses all three. Is this a new mortgage?
Pull a copy of your credit report (AnnualCreditReport.com) and see what shows up.

Probably you have some wrong items in your credit report. Use credit repair service to find and remove such bad stuff from your credit – buildcredit.ifastnet.com
The Loan Officer can simply send a form called a Verification of Mortgage Payment directly to CitiBank, with your signed authorization to release information form, and get the same information shown on a credit report …………….I’m surprised he doesn’t know that.
