If you have bad credit, more debt is not the answer to your problems. A combination of less spending and/or more income is the key to improving your financial situation.

Sure. They’re called credit card companies. But if you don’t already have the credit cards, you’re probably hosed. Might want to check the yellow pages but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
Try selling your stuff at a pawnshop. You can get quick cash, and won’t lose your stuff if you pay it back.
