  1. well take you great credit report to the local bank that you do business with and get one!!!

  2. Start with the bank you do normal business with (i.e. your checking account). Before contacting a “loan lender,” better known as a loan shark, try your friends by offering to sign a note, or notes as the case may be. If you have credit cards which together offer available credit that matches your needs you might consider that option. You should understand that even though your bank will charge a high rate of interest both the shark and the credit cards will be much higher. Your best interest rate might come from your friends but that’s also a good way to ruin friendships.

  3. Did you try your bank or credit union? There is no such thing as a private loan or lending deal. Then there’s Proper.com which is peer-to-peer lending but your score has to be 520 or better and you have post all your personal business online. I actually posted a bad experience I had on my blog about this very issue.

Beware of so-called private lenders because there is NO such thing. Be careful what you ask for and who you ask.

  4. There is actually a site that is designed to help you get exactly what you want. The concept is called social lending. It is a way to get a loan without having to go through a bank or put up any collateral. Check the site out for yourself and see what you think, https://secure.lendingclub.com/landing.action?referrer=samoan3d. It is free to sign up, so you don’t have to worry about a catch.
