Maybe, maybe not. It depends on what the identity thefts in your area like to go after.

Not really. The most common I see is people who are incarcerated. They get out and can’t get a drivers license because one is already issued, to someone else. They also have credit cards, to someone else. Normal people are easier, especially if they are in prison for 10 years. There is nothing they can do about it while they are in, cuz they don’t even know about it.
