There are many ways actually. Not only by applying online but someone can actually get fake id’s with your information on them. Giving a social security card is only one form of identification but not the only form of id. Licenses, passports, birth certificates can all be used for new jobs as verification. And as I already stated fake licenses can be made and with this license a person can purchase a passport with your information and their picture as well as receive copies of your birth certificate.
