  1. You’ve entered a nightmare even worse than Franz Kafka envisioned in the book “The Trial”. The police state is ignorant and uncaring, and just wants to punish people. Since there are no more checks or balances on government power, there is no way for you to defend yourself in court, because you can bet that the State government bureaucracies all across the nation won’t have your updated information (and chances are, the person who stole your identity traveled all across the country with it, committing crimes and racking up debt — if this isn’t true, then you’re luckier than lucky louie). Your best bet is to hire a good lawyer, since they might be able to wield political pull against the judge in your case. Of course, even if they know you’re innocent, they will try to punish you, –just because they can! (Ever since Sparf & Hansen V. the USA, the law in American courtrooms has looked more and more like the law of the jungle) Better smarten up and start voting libertarian! At least then, you have a chance of avoiding the ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE of the “Real ID Act”

  2. Most banks will restore the stolen money to the account. Credit card companies will write it off as fraud. The credit score will be really messed up.
